3 Fruit, Herb and Spice Infused Waters + Dopper Giveaway

Keeping hydrated is important, but its not always easy.  Getting 8 cups in a day can be a  struggle. So every now and than I like to switch things up with some infused waters. These aren’t just any ordinary infused water these are iron and vitamin c rich fruit, spice and herb infused waters. Each water has a fruit, spice or herb element that is high in iron and/or vitamin c. These recipes are two ingredient each and requires slicing at minimum. Organic fruits is best to use since the fruits will be sitting in water for a long period of time. To get the maximum flavor, infused over night or at least 2 -4hours. Once infused, it best to drink it that day. You can refill the pitcher but once the flavor becomes faint, its best to just make another batch.

While we are on the subject of water, I’ve teamed up with Dopper  for a Dopper Original bottle giveaway. So you and 2 of your friends can enjoy your infused waters in a stylish Dopper Original water bottle!
