Broccoli, love it cooked but hate it raw. I’m pretty sure its the same for most. But have you ever thought of adding it to your fruit smoothies? Let me be the first to tell you, its the best way to get your veggies in without changing the taste of your smoothies. I’ve tried frozen broccoli in my no cook berry oats smoothie this morning and i couldn’t tell the difference. Now that’s what i call a veggie boost!
