Not only is it easy on the pockets, its clean and tasty too. So with out further ado, my sister Grace is guest blogging today! Check out her recipe below:
This Cajun Oven Baked Steak Fries recipe is my go to whenever I’m craving a crispy and tasty snack. It’s easy to make and healthy because you’re baking the potatoes instead of frying them. The best part about these fries is that you don’t need to stand over a hot pot of oil to get a nice crisp on them. I peeled the potatoes but you can definitely keep them on, just make sure that you give the potatoes a good wash and scrub if you do. All you need is potatoes, olive oil and some seasoning.

- 1/4 Teaspoon Trader Joe’s21 Salute Seasoning (optional)
- 1 Teaspoon Paprika
- 1/2 Teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1/4 Teaspoon Garlic Salt
- 2 Tablespoon Extra- Virgin Olive Oil

- Place the the wedges in a large bowl and coat with the Extra-virgin olive oil, Basil, Everyday and 21 Salute Seasoning, Paprika, Garlic and Sea Salt and Pepper.
